Today our squad hit deficit deads supersetted with plate pushes. They also hit a bunch of accessory work. Tough one for them!!!
As far as for me I did minimal stuff as my Cardiologist said to lay low until this next test fri and Tuesday are taken. Hanging in there. Just ready to get back to me, ugggggghhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!
