Headed out to London today to train at S4 this morning. Dave and I have planned to train together Tuesday mornings but that has not actually panned out as of yet. One or the other of us has been unable to make it happen at the planned time. One of these days though…. Anyway here is what I did today…

 

Warm-ups

Stationary bike (3-minutes), band pull aparts, rolling with rumble roller, hip rotations

 

Squats – low box using SS Yoke bar

Bar for 2 sets of 5 reps

150 for 6 sets of 5 reps – alternating sumo and conventional each set

 

Rack pulls from pin 2 – band around hips

135 for 3 reps

225 for 3 reps

315 for 3 sets of 3 reps

 

Stiff leg dumbbell deadlifts

60’s for 4 sets of 8 reps

 

Knee TKE’s

Average band for 3 sets of 10 per leg

 

Squats felt good. Below parallel reps helps me greatly….just have to check the ego.
