I’m feeling better today than I did on Sunday but my upper back is pretty tight. It’s been giving me issues here and there but has been improving since going to the chiropractor last week. I decided that today would be some very basic stuff just for a little volume.

 

Warm-ups

Stationary bike, rolling, band pull aparts, hip rotations

 

Pulls from 1” mats with band around hips/rack

135 for 5 sets of 3 reps

 

Power squats

2 plates per side for 5 sets of 10 reps

 

Scorchers

No added resistance for 3 sets of 8

 

Seated ab machine

40 for 3 sets of 15 crunches

 

I felt better at the end of the session so I was pleased. I’ve been looking at meets and based on a lot of factors will likely be competing again at a local meet this fall.
