Getting pretty excited to be competing at my first tournament! Last night I could only get in a light upper body session at my condo "gym", but tonight I have squats and rack pulls on the menu!

Seated Rows:

50 x 10

70 x 8

100 x 8 (x3)

 

Arnold Press (standing):

20's x 12

25's x 10

30's x 10 (x2)

 

Flat DB Press (4-5 sec. pause)

(Pauses were sooooo long because we don't have heavier dumbbells in the gym yet, haha. They only go up to 35!)

30's x 10

35's x 10 (x4)

 

Front Raises:

12's x 12 (x2)

 

Dumbbell Rows:

35 x 20 (x2)

 

Tricep Pushups:

3x12
