Todd is in town for the weekend and our schedules worked out that we could train together. I've learned a lot from him and always enjoy and appreciate any time we get to train together.
buffalo bar box squats
worked up to 6 plates per side for 3 reps
dimel deadlifts
135 for 4 sets of 10 reps
seated barbell lifts ( a barbell is placed on the floor next to a box. sitting on the box I lifted the barbell up and pulled it into my hamstrings)
315 for 3 sets of 3
405 for 1 set of 3
standing band crunches
gray band for 3 sets of 12 reps
squats felt great today. The buffalo bar is nice because it reduces tension off my elbows but still has to be held on my back.
