Sunday morning starts with Bob Evans breakfast for most of us that train together. I'm not exactly sure when it started or who it started with on a regular basis but it's every Sunday now and our conversations range from any and every topic one could think of. It's good bonding time outside of the gym and I look forward to it each week. It's also good for Dave and I while we are on the injured reserve list to be able to fully participate in something.
After breakfast we headed to the compound mostly so I could continue to BS for a few hours. I also paced around a lot and messed with the music some. My arm feels a little better everyday and while I still have a long way to go that progress is encouraging.
