The range of motion in my left arm continues to improve. Contraction of the arm is about an inch or so from matching my right but it is still tight and I need to move it slowly. There is no pain just some tightness. Extension is effortless but I have not incorporated any resistance what so ever. My next appointment is on September 18th and hopefully I wont have to wear this brace any longer and will start physical therapy.
