Back to PT today and it was more of the same. Honestly the only reason I am still going and not training is because my surgeon said if I was patient, rehabbed and did not rush my recovery I would be able to do anything I would have been able to do just like I hadn't torn the tendon. My therapist is cool to so that really does help.

Bottom line is I want to give my body every opportunity to be strong again and really what is a few more weeks?
