After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now I can do what's best for my body. I've recently opened up a new training facility, THIRST, so I'm trying to balance life and training the best I can, with hopes that I can compete in some capacity by the end of 2018.

On this back day, I literally did the same as I did last week, but just tried to ramp the weights up a little bit. Yet again, another crammed session, but it is what it is. I'm probably sounding like a broken record with most of my training log posts, but training has continued to be something that I've had to squeeze in while my gym/business is continuing to grow. I'm trying to do my best to keep my strength at a maintenance level and just have fun with some of the awesome people that are coming through our doors!
