After having set an all-time PR on my equipped bench press with 457lbs, I'm now in off season mode getting back to some heavy training while running my gym, THIRST.

 Wednesday I had a really short time frame to get some training in, so I just opted to pick four exercises and hit 100 reps total on everything with 5x20. This was great as I got a lot of blood flow in and it took me a little over 30 minutes.
