dumbbell press - each rep today was paused at lockout
worked up to 150s for a set of 4 reps
chin-ups
5 sets of 5 reps
barbell military press - behind the head
95 for 4 sets of 8 reps
low pulley cable rows
130 for 3 sets of 20 reps
push-ups
1 set to failure - I think it was around 60 reps
