Today is normally my dynamic effort bench day, but after straining my pec last week I needed at least one more session to let it heal up. I did some light warm-ups and then some dumbbell presses, the pec definitely feels like it's getting better, I could still feel a little bit of strain in the shoulder but not nearly as bad as it was. I think if I my life depended on it I could've benched today, but I figure a few more days of rest and it'll hopefully be good to go.  I've also started doing GHRs and Standing Abs for extra sets throughout the week after talking to Dave Tate about how much they benefited him when he was training.

C. Dumbbell Bench Press - 4x12 w/ 80lb dumbbells

D1. Front-Side Dumbbell Raises - 3x15

E1. One-Arm Dumbbell Rows - 4x15

E2. Tricep Pushdowns - 4x20

F. Dumbbell Hammer Curls - 3x15
