Monday's session was super quick and to the point, focusing on just the usual pressing, some back work, and arms to fluff things out a little. I only had about 45 minutes towards the end of the night, and opted to train with our intern, Andrew, since we were dead (usually after 8pm we've got no clients on a Monday). These are the nights we have some fun and just train what we feel like. Can always come in handy when close on time and just trying to get some extra work in.
