135 bar weight reverse mini bands (probably about 100 at the top)

5 sets of 10 reps

 

dumbbell press

25's for 4 sets of 20 reps

 

cable extensions with grenade attachment

20 for 3 sets of 15 reps

 

standing military press with angle bar

65 for 4 sets of 10 reps

 

The dumbbell press felt really weird. My left are (surgery arm) felt like I'm never dumbbell pressed before. It was like the muscle memory of the movement path was gone. I'm definitely going to have to keep the dumbbell work light until I retrain the groove.

SO...feeling pretty good about myself while finishing up with the military press and then I look over and there is JP Carroll doing the same thing except he's repping something that looked like 300 and talking while he was going it. I have a long long way to go.
