I’m currently in meet prep for the 2016 XPC Finals at the Arnold Sports Festival on March 5th, in Columbus, Ohio. I will be competing at 132 pounds, raw with knee wraps.

Monday after one of my clients I opted to get in a little fluff and gym bro work in at the rec. Considering I didn't have any grip work scheduled (since I knew I was going to be deadlifting heavy the next day), this just made much more sense for me. I just got a good delt pump, some tricep work for recovery, and some pull overs to stretch my lats out as they were feeling a bit tight. Really just a good training session to bro out with all the other college bros. Weeee.
