Meet a gentleman by the name of Ray today and turns out we have the same tattoo on our right shoulder and both have 3 daughters. Did we just become best friends?

I've also resorted to wearing two elbow sleeves on the left elbow to help alleviate some pain a discomfort to i can bench a little bit more. After next week I'll be taking some time off benching again to give it some rest. As Brian Tincher used to say...when in doubt, add a ply.
