Today was an odd day. Both of my shoulders have been bothering me and the left one has been popping constantly for a week nearly every time I move it. But today they were both cooperating along with my elbow and I was able to bench with a lot less pain. So even though I missed my last attempt on the bench I was happy with how the day went. You can still see my left arm shaking on the descent as I try to control the discomfort in my elbow and the pressure that builds up.
