I woke up this morning to an impressive amount of pain in my left elbow. It was swollen, painful to the touch, painful to extend and even rotate and I've no idea why. There was no "trauma" to it the day before since it was a rest day so the only thing I can come up with is having used the rackable cambered bar at the gym for the first time and it put my elbow in an awkward position. Even if that's the case...why did it take two days to flare up?

  • 15 x 20 x 4

DB Front Raise

  • 15 x 20 x 3
