I’m currently in meet prep for the 2016 APF Equipped Nationals, in Orlando, Florida on May 28th, 2016. I will be competing at 132 pounds, raw with knee wraps. The big picture is to prep for this meet, and obtain a top three placing to qualify for WPC Worlds in November.

Monday I got back into the rec for some extra blood flow work and recovery. The volume is continuing to drop, and I got this session done in a matter of 20 minutes. I honestly didn't even really want to train, but I knew that I needed to just get the blood moving to help facility the recovery so I can get to feeling better and not nearly as banged up. I left feeling a lot better and am glad this stuff is nearly done for this meet. I'm really just ready to hit the platform and get going. The final two weeks or less I'm always chomping at the bit.
