It's a miracle but I may actually get in 4 training sessions this week! This is a huge help with lowering my stress and just making me a more pleasant individual to be around. Training for me is more than working to stronger or bigger, it's a place where I can forget about everything going on and escape the stresses of life.
I started off planning on doing a low pin press but stumbled onto something a little different. I set the face catchers on the competition bench on the highest setting to press off of. They are above my chest but I found out if I arch hard enough and push out on my stomach I can actually touch the bar while it's resting on the pins. So I not only focused on the pin press but also on my arch and keeping my stomach full. Each rep was paused on the pins.
