Brandon Smitley is staying with me while he's in town to compete at the APF Nationals so I got to spend the day with him while he weighed in and then had breakfast too. The poor guy even came to OBB with me while I trained which I know had to be boring. He made weight with a pound to spare so he's good to go, re-hydrated and ready to SFW tomorrow.
I know last week I said I wasn't going to go heavy this week, but the shoulder was feeling okay right up to when I took 425, plus Brandon was there and I didn't want him to make fun of me. I'm paying for it now as I sit here with ice strapped to my shoulder, but tramadol is on board so I should be good here soon.
