assisted dips

90 pounds of assistance for 15 reps


assisted chin-ups

90 pounds of assistance for 10 reps


barbell banded chest pulls

used mini and monster mini for 4 sets of 12 reps



25s for 4 sets of 10 reps


dumbbell press

85s for 3 sets of 12 reps


McGill chins
