My elbow seems to be improving and I think it'll be 100% at some point but it is taking longer than I expected. It's very frustrating. I've been ultrasounding it several times a week and that is helping.

 

reverse band bench - light bands 135 bar weight was probably -10 at chest.

3 sets of 10 reps

3 sets of 20 reps

 

dumbbell rows

70 for 4 sets of 20 reps

 

cable crossover lat pull downs

worked up to 70 for 3 sets of 15 reps

 

Arnold press

35's for 4 set of 12 reps

 

single arm cable tricep extensions

20 for 3 sets of 12
