I'm feeling yesterdays session all over but particularly in my quads. I'm happy with this because the quads will be much moved involved with my squat as I transition to the Metal Canvas squat suit.
Today I decided to work mostly on my upper back.
reverse band bench pull downs - empty bar with reverse bands pulled to touch using the bench set up
2 mini doubled mini bands were used per side for 5 sets of 5 reps. Each rep was paused at the chest
dumbbell pull overs
70 for 3 sets of 12 reps
low pulley cable rows
130 for 4 sets of 20 reps
barbell rows
135 for 4 sets of 8 reps
h-raises
25's for 4 sets of 8 reps
dumbbell press
55's for 3 sets of 20 reps
