I decided to do some banded barbell work today. Seemed like a good idea.

barbell bench against coked light bands

worked up doing triples to 225 for 3 sets of 3 reps

 

slight decline dumbbell bench

70's for 3 sets of 20

 

chins

bodyweight for 5 sets of 5 reps

 

cable extensions

stack for 3 sets of 10 overhand and 3 sets of 10 underhand grip

 

arnold presses

30's for 4 sets of 10 reps

 

My tricep and elbow are feeling good. I need to be smart and slowly work the strength back up.
