I had unexpected obligations at work yesterday and was unable to train. Today will be some speed bench and other moderate accessory work.

speed bench

worked up to 225 plus 2 chains per side for 5 sets of 2 reps

 

chest supported barbell rows

135 for 4 sets of 12 reps

 

standing military press with angle bar

135 for 4 sets of 8 reps

 

batteling ropes

2 sets of various movements

 

shoulder pull-throughs

bodyweight for 2 sets of 6 paused reps

chains home
