My elbow has improved greatly in the last 3-4 weeks. I'm very relieved that it's feeling stable and that I don't need another surgery. I'm pushing without going all in. I'll work up in weight or add new movements but I have no intension of going for a 1 rep max for some time. I'm being smarter than I have been in the past.
dumbbell bench
worked up to the 70's for 5 sets of 20 reps
low pulley cable rows
130 for 5 sets of 20 reps
chin-ups
bodyweight for 2 sets of 5 reps
added band around base of rack and attached to dip belt around my waist for the following sets
mini band for 5 reps
monster mini band for 5 reps
light band for 3 reps
mini band for 5 reps
Arnold presses
30's for 4 sets of 10 reps
alternating dumbbell curls
25's for 3 sets of 10 reps
Great blood flow and pump today. The volume is what I need right now and 100 reps on any movement has really worked for me in the past.
