I feel the dips I've added back into my training are helping with my stability on the bench and also help in controlling the bar path while pressing. I will continue to put dips in my training with some regularity.

90 pounds of assistance for 10 reps

70 pounds of assistance for 10 reps

50 pounds of assistance for 10 reps

30 pounds of assistance for 10 reps

bodyweight for 3 sets of 10 reps

bodyweight plus 1 chain for 3 sets of 10 reps

 

tsunami bar bench

1 plate per side for 3 sets of 15 paused reps

 

chin ups

50 pounds of assistance for 6 sets of 8 reps

 

bodyweight for 3 sets of 5 reps

 

arnold presses

25's for 4 sets of 8 reps

 

H-Raises

25's for 3 sets of 8 reps
