Block 9, Wave 1 - OH part II

Today I just did the supplemental and assistance work for my OH day since I had already done log over the weekend.  Since I didn't need any special equipment or any particular amount of weight, I just looked up the nearest gym to the hotel and got a day pass.  It was total crap and anyone would be hard pressed to do any real training there, but it was good enough for what I needed.

Pullups

2x5xBW - 1st set pronated, 2nd set supinated

8xBW - Rope

3x5xBW - Rope

2x5xBW - Pronated

No towels meant no towel pullups.  This was not that big a deal, but the rope was pretty slippery so all my sets were shortened to prevent ripping up my hands for no good reason.
