It felt good to train yesterday but my appetite still sucks and I still feel very weak. Another light day ahead.

worked up to 50's for 4 sets of 15 reps

 

dumbbell rows

70's for 4 sets of 8 reps

 

assisted chin - ups

90 pounds of assistance for 4 sets of 10 reps

 

dumbbell military press

30's for 4 sets of 12 reps

 

All I wanted to do was take a nap....
