..Husafell/Keg/Sandbag medley followed by frame holds tonight - the first time I did this I rushed picking everything up and was tripping all over the place on the carries, so this second round I tried to take my time and pick everything up better. Future sessions I should be able to get a lot faster now that I’m getting the hang of the implements..

A. Sandbag Warm-Up - 5 mins

B. Husafell (230lbs)/Keg (200lbs)/Sandbag (230lbs) Medley - 2 rounds (best time: 25 secs)

C. 580lb Frame Hold (grip) - 1 round of as long as possible
