This was week 2 of doing some standing strict OHP. In short, I'm awful at these lol. After watching the video I need to move my grip out slightly and tighten up my technique a lot with how I lock out with my elbows and pushing my head through. I don't normally do a ton of overhead pressing, but I like taking some time to work on them further out from a meet. This was followed by close grip incline bench, and accessory exercises for back, shoulders, triceps and biceps. My bicep tendon was starting to act up again (I think from squatting with the straight bar this weekend), so I'm continuing to work on ways to alleviate that so it doesn't affect my benching.
