For Strongman Event Day we set up and did sandbag throws after log presses out of the rack tonight - this will be one of the events for the people doing USS Nationals, and it was cool doing these for the first time! 

*Thursday AM was additional bodybuilding-style assistance work

Wednesday - Strongman Event Day

A. Sandbag Warm-Up - 5 mins

B. Log Press in Rack - Up to 2x5 w. 70%

C. Sandbag Toss over 12' Bar - 8 Throws (rotated in group)
