Week 2 in the Bench Press rotation is Floor Press. Last week was 4 sets of doubles then a max single on Bench press w/ Chains. This week I really tried to focus on pausing between each rep on floor press to build explosive strength from a dead stop. I did 3x3 w/ 315lbs then 2 sets of doubles with 335lbs, followed by 3 extra sets with the Slingshot. The goal this week was to get plenty of work sets in.
