This past week I've been posting some simple, but effective tips for improving Sympathetic/Parasympathetic Nervous System Balance in order to improve Mental Health. While any one of these tips might not be THE answer for your mental struggles, improving this balance overall will help build momentum for making progress, and solidify good habits for the future. With many of these things becoming habits for me, I'm in a place now where I am moving forward (with the doctor) to get off my psychiatric medication.
