Week 2 with SS Yoke Bar Good Mornings, bumped up 20lbs from last week. Should be able to take another good jump next week, I do notice I need to arch harder during the movement. Also jumped up to 315 on dead stop barbell rows.

*slow eccentric, explosive concentric.
E. Ab Cable Pulldowns - 4x10
