Sunday morning after the Powerlifting Experience Seminar 2.0 we went in to do some bench training. I decided to do some bench vs. chains with Brandon Smitley and Mario D'Amico. I worked up to some doubles then did a single at the end. Plenty of work to do on keeping my legs tight during the whole movement and working on my lockout, but overall went fairly well. After training the team all spent some more time talking and laughing before everyone went their separate ways (until next time)..
