After coming off my best meet performance of my career, I am now officially a beat up powerlifter. I'm having some minor low back issues that I'm working on mending up, and then I'll begin to find a competitive option. My goals for 2017 are to compete in a bodybuilding show and also get back to the platform 100% healthy.

Week 19 had some odd stuff go on with able to get footage, but I at least got all my bench shirt work in where I worked up to 455 with reverse bands. Things are still making good progress and I'm feeling rather well. Looking forward to another hard couple weeks raw before jumping back in the shirt again. Time to start seeing my training maxes increase for my squat and deadlift as well!
