After coming off my best meet performance of my career, I am now officially a beat up powerlifter. I'm having some minor low back issues that I'm working on mending up, and then I'll begin to find a competitive option. My goals for 2017 are to compete in a bodybuilding show and also get back to the platform 100% healthy.

Week 23 is finally caught up and documented, and it was a good week of training and just life in general. I hit some good milestones with my squat and deadlift, benched some big weights, got a new puppy, and had dinner with my best friend. I could definitely use some more weeks like this. The next video recap should be week one of meet prep!
