First week back barbell benching. Same with lower body, starting light with higher reps and will slowly build up. Reps moved pretty easy, going to bump up the weight over the next few weeks and then see how many reps I can do with 225 fresh just for kicks..

F2. Wide Grip Chins - 4x8

F3. Pushups - 4x25

G1. Cross Arm Dumbbell Hammer Curls - 3x10

G2. EZ Curl Bar Curls - 3x10
