October 2 - Bench Press

3-1-0 Tempo Bench Press
Worked up to 435 for 6 sets of 2. These basically took everything I had, but I got the work done. Every rep was like a 9 RPE. Time to scale back the %'s here as this was probably my limit on eccentrics without the risk of missing reps.

90's 3x10

Weighted Chin Up's
4x5 with weight, worked up to BW+65 for top set

Neutral Grip Pullups
4 x AMRAP - 10, 9, 8, 8

Had to run out of the gym to an afternoon appointment, postponed the rest of the workout to my additional accessory day later in the week that I'm starting to have the time to fit in. From here on out until graduation on December 9th, I should have time every week to get in at least a quick hour long accessory workout. This is a huge mental relief for me as training only 2 days per week has really been messing with me mentally.
