Super happy to be consistently getting in a third day of training every week. Finally made it to my home gym of Gleason's Performance in Derby, CT for this one.

Weighted Chin-Ups
BW + 55 for 4 sets of 5

Neutral Grip Pull-Ups
BW only for 4 sets of max reps - 12, 10, 10, 10. Seeing some progression here by consistently getting multiple sets of double digit reps.

Barbell Rows from High Pins
4x8 up to 265
Absolutely loving how these feel, I like them better than pendlay rows. Doing them without straps really cooks my grip too.
