Weighted Chin-Ups - 4x5 up to 65 lbs
Pull-Ups - 4 sets of bodyweight for AMRAP
One Arm Barbell Rows - 5 sets 10 reps, went for slow eccentrics and long holds at the top. Literally was using 50 lbs total. Awesome back pump!
KB Pullovers - 4x12 with the ~60 lb bell, focusing on a huge stretch at the bottom
GHR Sit-ups - 5x10
