School was cancelled today due to snow.  Not snow here per se, as most of that has melted, but since the semester hasn't started yet and many people live in areas that got a couple feet or more from the blizzard, they are stuck at home.  Ironically I am in no way happy about the cancellation as I know we will have to make up the material at some point, unlike in undergrad where things moved at a slower pace and often there was more flexibility to include or exclude material as needed.  Benching was sub par today and I'm not really sure why.  Everything else went great and I had eaten 3 times prior to training and gotten plenty of sleep/rest as I didn't have to go to class.

Bench Press

10x45

10x95

5x135

3x185

5x225

5x260

8x295 - All sets, both warmup and work, felt slow and crappy today.

Neutral Grip Cable Rows

5x100

10x165

2x10x175

Lateral Raises/Trap Bar Shrugs/Wtd Back Extensions

3x{12x30/25x290/15x50}

Triceps Pushdowns/DB Curls

12x100/12ea x 35

2x{12x100/12ea x 40} - Curls continue to return to my normal weights as both of my elbows continue to get back to pain free, normal ROM.  I could definitely go up more and faster, but it took me so long to get rid of the issues affecting each my elbows that I am perfectly fine taking it slow to make sure I don't Cronenberg it up.

Inverted Situps

3x15xBW - Marc got a pair of gravity boots and we tried them out today to use for abs.  I've done these before hanging from a bar with my knees bent and on an inversion table fully inverted, but this was definitely the most difficult way I've ever done them.  The first set went fine, second was awful, and third I wasn't sure I'd be able to complete going into it.  We will be keeping these in the program for a while to see how they work out.  Also we will be moving the back extensions to superset with these starting next week.
