Back to school and back to programmed training.  Today ended up kicking my butt by the time Mark and I were finished.  I'm not as organized starting this training block as I usually am, but I don't foresee any major problems right now other than finals week in 2 weeks.

I do want to start adding more conditioning into my training again, but today was not the day to do it as I had a doctor appointment as a new patient since my old doctor retired to Arizona and closed her practice, followed by a presentation at SU on depression in older adults.  We'll see how squats go on Wednesday, but I suspect it might not be until wave 2 that conditioning happens on any day besides event day on Saturdays.
