Nice relaxing end to my first week without at least one exam or presentation since about week 3 or 4 of this semester, whenever we had our first one.  Of course, next week finals start so my life is about to go down the crapper for a fortnight.  At one point during training today I actually said the words, "sweet upper back pump."  I don't know who I am anymore.

DB Shrugs/Cable Face Pulls

3x{30x90/20x25} - Face pulls were not heavy, but this is what made me feel the massive upper back pump.  In the words of one of my personal training clients from long ago, "It burned like gonorrhea." (I'm taking her word for this, having no first hand knowledge myself).
