Today was the last class of the semester.  All that remains now is 4 fun filled days of finals and then I have a brief respite until I start visceral anatomy in January.  Marc and I have decided that we are going to have to change up our training schedule because of finals, so the next week of training is going to be somewhat played by ear based on studying, how we feel, and the order of final exams.  Tentative plan is to train Mon on Sun, Wed on Tues (though this is the least firmly scheduled day), and Fri on Thurs.  We'll see if that holds.  Today was the first time I've done seated box jumps in a long time and I can already guarantee that these will be enormously helpful and that I will finish better on them than last time I had them in my program.
