Note to self - do more than 2 warmup sets before my work sets of pressing.  Aside from being stupid with my warmup for Zydrunas presses everything went well today and is continuing to improve.  We skipped abs at the end because we were approaching zero hour for getting chimichangas and then going to see Deadpool.  It was outstanding and is everything that a superhero movie should be.  More superhero movies need to sack up and quit trying to pander to the PG-13 rating crowd.
