I ended up sleeping in on Monday while I was down in NC/SC on vacation so I pushed back my training a couple days to make time for the beach, mini golf, foot golf, and sushi since the weather was amazing down south and I'm still over 2 months out from my next comp.  So this was my first training day back home in the garage gym and I was feeling the effects of some crappy eating, sleeping in a different bed, and lots of driving.

2x20x140 - I dropped weight, sets, and reps to make sure not to aggravate the right side of my neck again.  All systems were go so I'll add a set and up the weight a little bit next time.

SS: Close Grip Bench/DB Curls

10x200/12ea x 35 - Totally died on the last set of CGB.  Elbows were feeling pretty not bad overall so hopefully I can start upping my curl weights again.
