Log felt like total garbage today.  I'm fairly certain this is due my food intake so as long as the trend of being the rear float in the stupid parade doesn't continue, I'm not worried.  Everything else was improved from last week and oveall (after log) this was a solid training session.  My training schedule is going to be hopefully back to the normal M, W, F, Sa for the foreseeable future which will definitely help to eliminate variations in order to make better progress.

Even though training went well after log, I was definitely done by the end of this.  Afterward Marc and I slogged through trying to decipher ambiguous lab instructions for exercise physiology for about 90 minutes and then I crashed on the couch by accident.
